Paul Tyson

Regional Director of Operations

Paul is a career hotelier with more than 20 years of experience in operating select service properties. He has served as General Manager, Dual General Manager and Regional Director of Operations over the span of his career and has extensive experience in Marriott and Hilton brands. Most of his career has been in the Nashville market but he has also overseen as many as 12 hotels in NC, MS, SC, NE and IN. Paul has opened more than 15 new Hotels with various Hilton, Marriott and IHG brands. 


Paul works closely with the General Managers to ensure our success in Operations and Guest Satisfaction. Paul believes that the heartbeat of the hotel business is serving our co-workers, owners, investors, and guests. 

Donna Perry
Corporate Controller

Donna joined the GHS leadership team in November of 2018 bringing with her a wealth of hospitality and accounting expertise.  With over 18 years of hospitality specific accounting and a passion for excellence Donna's focus is on clean financials and driving constant improvements in exceptional Processes and  Profits to the bottom line.  As Manager of Accounting Donna oversees GHS's day to day data entry for accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, reconciliations,  on property training and reporting. Donna continues to evaluate systems and processes to ensure efficiencies in GHS's accounting practices.
